About the Welfare Advice Service

What is the Welfare Advice Service?

The Welfare Advice Service is a community interest company that aims to help people claim the benefits they are entitled to. It is a not-for-profit company.

Who pays for the Welfare Advice Service?

We receive funding from local authorities to help people claim what they are entitled to.

What experience do you have in this subject?

We have been running as the Kent Benefits Partnership since 2001, but have now re-launched as a private organisation so that we can provide a more adaptable service to more people.

What areas do you cover?

We currently cover most of Kent and Medway, but are hoping this will expand into other areas soon. If you feel there is a need for the service in your area, please let us know.
